How long a refund takes to arrive

Once a refund's been processed, we'll send you a confirmation email straight away, so you'll always know it's genuinely on its way before it even lands in your account.

From there, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank.

This applies whether it's a cooling-off refund, a cancellation, or a postponement, the timing's the same either way, it's really down to how quickly your bank processes it on their end once we've sent it.

If it's been longer than that and you're still waiting, it's worth checking with your bank first, since the refund will have already left us by that point.
