What happens if an event is cancelled

You don't have to do anything. Once the cancellation is confirmed, your refund is triggered automatically, straight back to the card you originally paid with, full ticket price and booking fee included.

You'll never be left chasing this yourself. If a promoter is slow to action a cancellation everyone already knows is happening, we're able to step in and cancel it on their behalf, so you're never stuck waiting on one person to do the right thing.
