What happens if I close the browser tab while I'm in the waiting room?

If you close the tab while you're still waiting, your place in the queue doesn't disappear straight away, but you won't be there to see it when your turn comes.

If your turn arrives and you're not there to claim it, that admission has its own limited window before it expires. If that happens, you'll need to rejoin the waiting room fresh from the event page, back into a new, random position, the same as anyone else joining at that point.

It's worth keeping the tab open once you've joined, especially during a popular on-sale, so you don't miss your turn.
