Some platforms charge extra just to have your ticket delivered by email. We don't, because that was never a real cost to begin with.
Your tickets are always sent to you free, as QR codes, ready to use straight away. There's no delivery fee, no "instant download" charge, nothing hidden in the booking fee for this either.
