How seated ticket selection works

For events with a seating map set up, you can choose your own specific seat rather than being allocated one automatically. Look for the "Choose your own seats" option on the event page.

You'll see a seat map showing which seats are still available. Once you've picked your seats and added them to your basket, they're reserved just for you, the same way any other ticket is, until your checkout window runs out.

If a venue doesn't have a seating map set up yet, tickets for that section work like standing tickets, there's no specific seat number attached, so you're free to sit anywhere within that area on the night.
