Tickets listed on the Resale Hub are only ever sold at face value or less, never higher. If a listed price looks the same as, or lower than, the original ticket price, that's exactly what you'll pay.
Buying a resale ticket works the same as any other purchase, you don't need an account, and your ticket is emailed to you straight away once the sale completes.
Resale tickets are genuinely transferred from the original buyer to you, they're not duplicated or reissued, so the original ticket becomes invalid the moment the resale is completed.
