A companion ticket is free, and tied entirely to the accessible ticket it was issued alongside for someone who genuinely needs it, so we treat this carefully.
You can still gift or resell the main accessible ticket, the companion doesn't block you from doing that. But before it goes through, you'll see a clear message and be asked to confirm that the person receiving it also has a genuine accessibility requirement for a companion. It's a simple, honest checkbox, not an invasive check, we're not asking for proof, just an honest acknowledgement.
A companion ticket can never be gifted or resold on its own, separately from the main ticket, it has no value by itself and isn't something that can be passed on independently.
