Your tickets, confirmation, and any reminders all go to the email address on your order, so it's worth making sure that's one you check regularly and have entered correctly.
If you ever receive a text message claiming to be from MNPR Tickets, it isn't genuinely from us, we simply don't send them. Don't click any links in it. Instead, forward it to 7726 (which spells "SPAM" on a phone keypad), a free service that reports it directly to your mobile network.
